The cancellation of the professional and technical personnel professional qualification license and identification of a total of 7 items, including access category 3, level evaluation category 4; The cancellation of the professional qualification of skilled personnel licensing and accreditation matters totaled 107, all of which were level evaluation.
The decision pointed out that reducing the number of professional qualification licensing and certification matters is an important part of the reform of streamlining administration, delegating power, combining regulation and optimizing services, and is also an important measure to deepen the reform of the talent development system and mechanism and promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation. The decision requires that the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security should strengthen tracking and supervision together with relevant departments on the licensing and identification of vocational qualifications that have been canceled, and organize "looking back" in a timely manner to ensure that the cleanup is in place and prevent a rebound.
We must promptly publish and implement the list of national vocational qualifications, and no occupational qualifications outside the list may be licensed or recognized, and no occupational qualifications in the list, except those for access, may be linked to employment or entrepreneurship.
